We Appreciate Your Feedback!

Please take the following short survey and include a personal story if you can on the impact precollege programs have had on your family, your education, or your career. Many programs across campus are closing and we are looking for information from you on how your precollege experience has helped to shape future decisions on careers, education after high school, and exposure to campus life in hopes to rethink, reinvent and re-imagine future possibilities.

Campus Construction

Generally, there are many construction projects around campus. The most up to date information is available on the Transportation Services website.

We encourage you to check out the "Street Closures and Detours Map" link on that page.

Refund Policy

  • Those who cancel at least three weeks before the start of the first course of each session will receive a tuition refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Those who cancel less than three weeks before the start of the first course of each session will receive a 50% refund.
  • If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, parents will be notified as soon as possible to place the student in another course of his/her own selection, or a full refund will be sent.

Inclement or Severe Weather Policy

UW-Madison is generally open for business year-round and rarely closes as a result of snow or other inclement weather. In the event of a snow closing or large-scale class cancellations, information will be conveyed to the campus community via the UW-Madison home page and local media.

In these instances, anyone planning to attend events on campus is encouraged to check to ensure programs are being held.

Precollege OPTIONS will post on their homepage and the program page in the event of inclement weather that affects a program.
