Collaboration to Strengthen Translational Research
A new collaboration has been forged between the Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) and the Education Outreach and Partnerships (EOP) office on behalf of the University of Madison School of Education (SOE), in order to strengthen our translational research infrastructure. The goal of this collaboration is to gather data and information, review the relevant literature, and hold a series of listening sessions. Moreover, we aim to extend and broaden our collective ability to bridge the research and practice across UW-Madison SoE and our community partners.
Phase I Activities
-
Review of the relevant literature, in order to compile and summarize the research and data to be shared with internal/external audiences regarding the feasibility of translational research
-
Coordinate listening sessions, discussions, site visits to investigate lessons learned, in order to gather feedback regarding design and construction
-
Provide a set of recommendations of the most urgent and important emergent themes, objectives, and strategies for initiating Phase II
